Rebuilt is not a traditional facility or infra company — we are building a new-age Corporate services brand across facility management, interiors, and infrastructure.
To scale this growth, we’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who enjoys building markets, opening Corporate accounts, and closing value-driven deals.
This role is for someone who thinks beyond routine sales and wants to own growth, clients, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead B2B sales initiatives across facility management, infra, and interior services
• Identify and convert B2B clients, enterprises, developers, and property managers
• Build a strong sales pipeline and take deals from first conversation to closure
• Work closely with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Create proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
• Develop long-term client relationships, not just one-time sales
• Contribute to sales strategy, market expansion, and brand presence

Who Will Fit This Role
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience (facility, infra, interiors, or service-based industries)
• Strong Corporate communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with targets, closures, and accountability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus
• Someone who can work independently and still collaborate with teams
• Pan-India exposure or multi-city sales experience is a strong plus
