About the Role:
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to streamline project delivery, manage teams, optimise workflows, and ensure high service standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations across departments
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors & clients
• Onboard new vendors and maintain strong working relationships with them
• Oversee costing, timelines, quality checks
• Implement SOPs and improve internal processes
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in operations
• Strong leadership & process management skills
• Excellent analytical & communication abilities
• Ability to manage high-pressure operations
• Experience in multi-site operations preferred
