About the Role

Rebuilt is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to develop impactful digital content that informs, entertains, and strengthens our growing community across platforms.
Responsibilities
Ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook
Design and produce static creatives and motion content aligned with Rebuilt’s visual identity and communication tone
Stay up to date with trends in content formats, audio, memes, and viral hooks, particularly in the interior, infrastructure, and home product space
Write compelling captions, SEO-optimized descriptions, and strategically selected hashtags to maximize reach and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams including design, marketing, and sales to align content with campaign goals and brand strategy
Engage actively with the audience by responding to messages, comments, and polls while also creating community-led content
Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, retention, shares) and adjust strategies to optimize results
Qualifications
A strong passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation
Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and their respective algorithms
Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
A good design sense with the ability to create visually appealing, platform-friendly layouts for static posts
Proactive, self-managed, and results-oriented with the ability to turn ideas into impactful content
(Preferred) Willingness to appear on camera occasionally or direct video shoots confidently
